Is The Boss Always Right In The Company??

Incident 1
Few weeks ago , my boss(F) was asking for a favour from a guy collegue(K) to do something at Karak Shop.
At the same time, the other boss have some other important things to do needed him to go along.
So, K inform F that he got something more important things to do .
He will go later on when the other boss's tasks was done.
So F is fine with what K told him.
So when F arrive to office in the afternoon , he asked K again why don't he go to Karak ?
Hey , K already told him that he will go there later.
How come F come to the office scolding K like hell?
Saying that he can go right after he completed the tasks.
K a lil bit beh tahan with him started to argue with him .
Like the fire coming out from each other.

Incident 2
K have been working here almost 6 months without confirmation.
(That's against the labour law...too bad for him . His wife have just give birth to a baby girl)
I got to speak to my manager about this matter whether he got any salary increment and other benefits given to him .
When i heard from my manager about his case.
I felt very embarass with what my manager told me.
As K have made this boss F angry with him ,he decide not to confirm him as a worker here .
Isn't it really unfair?
Just because K can't fulfil his wish , he deserves something like that?
